EE Customer Service
You can contact the customer care on Monday to Friday from 8 am till 8 pm, and on weekends you can call from 8am to 6pm. If you are calling after this time, they will charge some amount per minute. When you are calling using the EE mobile phone, you have to contact 150, and when calling from another network provider, you have to contact 07953966250.
EE TV and Broadband Service Numbers
If you have any questions regarding your TV or Broadband connection, contact EE using any mobile or using the EE number 150, which is for broadband service. When you are calling from another network, you can connect the toll-free number 08000798586, which is for servicing TV. When using a number by any other service provider for calling, then you have to use the number 02073620200.
Cancelling your EE contract
You can cancel the contract with EE if you like to do. For this, you have to inform EE within two weeks from the date you applied for the service. For canceling, you can call from any phone number. If you are 2 or more weeks into your contract you may be liable for additional fees and early cancellation charge.
