  3. I was in a accident my car is 16 years old (2002) my insurance said it would be a write off but I didn’t want it written off.
    I bought the car back and I have hada new bonnet and windscreen replaced , and have had a MOT done and it as passed.and is road worthy
    Apparently I have to let DVLA know as it would be classed as category c

I own vehicle, my son is the registered keeper but has been in prison for 9 months of a 16 month sentence prior that the vehicle I’ve no knowledge of having just received the duplicate log book I’ve put it in Sorn from today but have no knowledge of its wareabouts my son says it’s been garaged since middle of July 2014 as he’s been driving his van am naturally concerned of a possible charge as not in possition of knowing where vehicle is yours A M Katz
