We have been using first utility for the last 5 years since moving into our bungalow…We’ve never had any problems with online meter readings,refunds or changing of tariff (without any charge)…We have found First Utility a lot cheaper than many other providers..I also refuse to have a smart meter ( considering all the issues have been reading about)installed and am very happy with the present meter system.
I am beginning to wish I hadn’t changed to Ist Utility
At the moment the service is most unsatifactory. Considering they were very keen to persuade people to change over they are not proving to be reliable
I have switched supplier In July. My a/c shows £39.58 credit balance. No refund as yet. Tried chat line for explanation. Agent said not trained to answer ????surprised !!!When can I get my refund?
I received a bill I’ve tried to pay over the telephone the automated payment line doesn’t recognised the account number on the bill. I tried calling but got cut off on several occasions. I attempted contact via on line chat again to no avail. I sent an email to the CEO and customer services three days ago, as of yet I’m still waiting for a response
Needed to talk to someone about my bill – but after a long wait I finally spoke to an agent, i explained the situation – then the phone went dead – Seemed like he hung upon me!
I am trying to contact your accounts payable department. unable to find any telephone numbers and you virtual chat is unable to answer my question. I urgently need to speak to someone as we have received a payment and do not know what this is paying.
All I want to do is submit my meter readings and you system will not allow it – not for the first time. I’ve been on the phone for almost 13 minutes and am sick! The numbers are E 24181 (wont accept it) G 2461….cant get that far. You think I will trust a smart meter from you?
