Yes, it is free to call 0345 from Delight Mobile ( within call allowance)
Delight Mobile accept that 0345 Numbers are to be charged at the standard rate, this means that if your are on contract or Delight Mobile Pay As You Go, calls to 0345 Numbers are within you inclusive price plan and as long as you have minutes left will not incur an extra charge.
A distinct ‘local rate’ ceased to exist in 2004.
There is no concept of a local call from a mobile phone.
Calls to 0345 numbers may be ‘inclusive’, but they are never ‘free’.
