I have been trying to ring you office and no answer
I contact the Customer service, for an hours and cannot get to them, this is the worst bank to contact. like to pay my credit card by debit card and that estimated service is the worst in all bank she ask all the details again, and again, so I don’t know if my payment it through please look at this service Halifax its very poor service I never pay to this service anymore

i have just received an itemised bill from virgin and been charged £4.74 for a 50m call to the bank beware not all calls are free using this number.
