DWP Contact Number 0345

Due to a change in legislation it is no longer legal for Business to use 0845 telephones for customer service or enquiry lines, as such the DWP have now switched all Benefit Centre lines over to 0345 numbers that are charged at standard  rates.

This means that calls from most mobiles will be free as a telephone number starting 0345 is now classed as a local call and is within inclusive minutes.

Your entire department is a joke, been left with no Esa now for over 7 weeks, my health getting worse due to the stress, havent any money or anyone to help me out, attempted sucide, and in danger of lossing my flat because housing benefit hasnt been paid, costing me over £14.00 in phone calls, only to be told that my Sick Notes from the Doctors arent good enough, been forced to sign on JSA when i wasnt well enough too, to find out that because i signed on JSA am able to work, had to take out a Advance of my Benefit in order to buy Gas and Food, now having to pay that back, the Government should be ashamed of them selves, this entire department is a joke.
