It’s disgusting. I’m being forced back to work and they have even stopped four weeks of JSA as I missed an appointment. They scheduled two within two days and I thought I had one. I have multiples issues with my back, all documented and officially diagnosed I’ve been signed off until February but they don’t accept that and none of my specialists are allowed to say I’m not fit for work apparently. Apparently the criteria is that if you can move your arms in a circle and walk 200 yards you are fit to work for 40 hours a week. Absolutely disgusting.

I was due to be paid today 29 December 2016 but no money went in. I used all my phone credit waiting to get through to esa call centre. Please contact me asap as I have no way to get in contact with yourselves and have been left with no money over Christmas. I have just been made homeless as well so am desperate for a payment.
