I have been trying to contact Work and pensions about my ESA for a month now, but cannot get through. I am getting fed up of this now as it is costing.

Calling 0345 numbers, such as the ESA customer service helpline, is usually free of charge if you are calling from a mobile provided you are using any free minutes that are included in your tariff.

My husband has been moved from the support group to job seekers and the letter sent said if you wish to have a mandatory reconsideration this must be received within 4 weeks of the letter date. I actually managed to speak to Claire at ESA who told me because it was a home assessment another department would contact me within 3 hours. That was 3 weeks ago…..nothing! So I’ve written 2 letters, sent them by recorded delivery…..nothing! All I want is a statement of their reasons why after 31 years they think my husband is suddenly fit to work, then I can write again giving my reasons why I think their decision is wrong. Time is running out, my 4 weeks is up on 24th May and I am getting nowhere. Can anyone tell me whether just asking by call and letter for a mandatory reconsideration with no information to back up this request is enough to stop him losing his ESA after the 24th May.

  7. Can you tell me when was the last time I received my sea and when is the next time please

  8. Iwould like to claim ESA.Can you send me a form out please.
