Employment And Support Allowance (ESA) have officially adopted 0345 / 0800 telephone numbers for their customer service networks, making calls now free when you have inclusive minutes. You can now use the contact number below.

Whilst the 0845 telephone numbers do remain operational, Employment And Support Allowance (ESA) have started taking steps to change all official correspondence so that they reflect the new and potentially cheaper telephone service.

    I phoned 03456088545 on Thursday 20th July and have just received phone bill £4.54 for 35mins. How is this a free phone number

    THIS IS THE WORST SYSTEM I COULD EVER USE. THEY MAKE IT HARD SO THEY CAN BUGGER YOU ABOUT.
    I THROUGH ALL PHONE APPLICATION WHEN THE FORMS CAME THEY HAD INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THEM. SO I CORRECTED THEM TOOK THEM TO THE LOCAL J/C WITH THE EXPLAINED WRONG DATE ON THEY SAID IT WOULD BE OK THAT I COULD SELF CERTIFY TO THE CORRECT DATE.
    I HAVE LITERALLY RECEIVED TXT SAYING ALL WAS OK AS SOON AS I READ IT I RECEIVED ANOTHER SAYING THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FITNOTE WHICH I HAD SCANNED BY THE JC AT TNE SAME TIME ALL THE FORMS WERE SCANNED. NOW AFTER EXPLAINING THAT I COULD NOT GET MY FITNOTE DATED 9 DAYS BEFORE THE ONE SUPPLIED AS THE LOCUM WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL HIS NEXT SURGERY
    WHICH COULD BE AUGUST 2017 AND OTHER DOCTORS WHO DIDN’T DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM CANNOT GIVE SICKNOTES BACKDATED TO THE DIAGNOSIS DATE.
    NOW I HAVE THE HASSLE OF LIMPING 3 MILES TO THE JC TO SEE WHAT I DO NOW AS I HAVE RUNG THE FREE PHONE WHICH JUSTS GOES THROUGH THE MENU THEN CUTS ME OFF.
    IT’S FUC-ING USELESS THE WHOLE DAMN DWP SYSTEM.

    Hi there my Esa has been cut 150 pounds which has left me toiling I have 2 kids and am disabled this is causing me so much stress please can someone call me as cause I have had no money my phone has been cut off and I am unable to walk to the phone box thank you so much
