    I am a sky customer for about 6 years,in the last few months,broadband just got mad,loosing signal
    I spoke with them to to cancel,they said to upgrade to fast fibre,in the end that was even worse…so I’ve decided to cancel it,every year at the end of my contract the prices was going sadly up but no one has emailed me..I can’t wait to leave sky

    TRIED RINGING SKY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE YET ALL I GET IS A ANSWER MACHINE. BEEN TRYING FOR 4 DAYS YET STILL NO RESPONCE FROM A HUMAN. IT IS REDICULOUS THAT THERE IS NEVER ANYBODY THERE TO SPEAK TO. CONSTANTLY HUNG UP SO I WILL BE SENDING SKY A BILL FOR THE PHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO YOU. NOT EVEN THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT HAS ANYONE THERE TO TAKE MY CALL.

    I’m paying to watch sky tv yet we have a bit of wind and the interference is ridiculous. We don’t have any snow why is this happening. I think I will leave sky as totally usual on a bit of wond

    trying to get through about installation of my Q box got connected on Friday Last engineer had tV working has gone off the whole week end.

    no internet was told it would be on without 2 days still not working.

    Not happy with automated service all I want to do is talk to a person .I have been trying for the best part of four hours and am now extremely frustrated and have given up ,I am now going to cancel subscription ,and contact virgin .
