    I am trying to contact Sky regarding my bill which has doubled in recent months why? I have been told I have to wait 45 mins to speak to someone. Please contact me otherwise I WILL cancel my direct debit.

    Have given you a written month’s notice to cancel contract. Cancelled direct debit. When I phone to query all I get is message asking for post code and then bank details.NO NO NO. Want it finished with ok

    This is the worst costumer service ever experienced. I arranged for Sky to have roof access but the man said he is not allowed to go on the roof. I have been on hold for hours – tried live chat and they say it is not their department. My phone is about to run out of charge. Shame on SKY! they take the bank details and then leave you in the cold.

    New customers are getting my sky package for half the amount I am paying. You are even offering 38 meg fibre cheaper than ADSL 17 meg. Can’t get through on phone so leaving, very disappointed.

    I am so disappointed try to pay my bill but unable to do so as I can’t get though, I have tried a few numbers but they all say the same thing, I have been trying for a few days now u have restricted my system, and the computer system is telling me my bill is a £156 somebthing thats £10 more than the bill i received, and I need to discuss my phone Simms I have activated one of my Simms but it won’t let me activate another, now am missing all my flilms ones recorded am not happy I have been with sky for many years please can some one contact me on — thank u

    System craftily designed to avoid difficult questions. Given up trying to talk to someone. I came to Sky several years ago from Virgin so as to receive Fox News. Today you have deleted Channel 509. Is this permanent or temporarily unavailable ? If former I am off back to Virgin very quickly. Someone please respond.
