Very poor service, a long time listening to music and waiting. I cannot get any of the inputs other than TV ,no other inputs are available, just a blue or black screen. I pay 60 pounds plus monthly for the service, not good enough. Any more of this treatment and I will move my account elsewhere.

Sky run a very poor service .very hard to talk to some one at sky .
Very sloppy service
box playing up did everything suggested rang sky told to do same made problem worse passed onto DandG gave a date 4 days later for visit said problem with access I said not was told I’d be passed back to sky just put back to main switchboard after 38 mins sky answered after another 20 mins and couldn’t help gave me another sky number to ring over 64 mins asked for the 4th time for postcode etc after 5 min wait spoke to someone after 5 more mins on hold cut off rang back waited 3 mins ( another post code ) after another hold and 5 mins told I could have a later appointment than the one originally offered seriously atrocious customer service and I’m paying over 110 per month for supply and insurance. Hello Virgin can’t be any worse can they?
I was going to change my Broadband to Sky but customer services took ages to answer so if that is the speed of the broadband forget it I will stick to the service I have what a joke
had my sky e-mail hacked, answered all security questions, then asked me to give my password from 2015, !!!!!!!!!! WHAT, I am 70, struggle to remember what my passwords are from last Year. They now say that they can not help any further as its against data protection. Think they should check there flies, brains are out
