Gloscol Adopts 0345 Telephone Number

Well Done to Gloucestershire College for changing over to a cheaper to use 0345 telephone number

From Monday 1 June, Gloucestershire College’s main Student Services telephone number has changed from 0845 155 2020 to 0345 155 2020.

Currently 0845 numbers are charged between 1p and 12p per minute for landline customers, and between 5pm and 40p per minutes for mobiles.

While 0345 numbers are charged at a local rate for both landlines and mobiles, and therefore can be included in the monthly call allowance, incurring no extra charges.

The College identified the need for its current and prospective students to be able to call Student Services without the worry of incurring a cost, therefore making information much more accessible to all.

The friendly Student Services Team is available to speak to on the phone or in person, at Cheltenham, Gloucester and Royal Forest of Dean Campus, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

They can help with questions about courses, applications, facilities and enrolment; offer advice and provide access to financial assistance; take payment of course fees; make appointments with the Advice and Guidance Team; and book appointments for careers and basic skills, and ESOL courses.

The former 0845 number will have an automatic call forward to the new number until Christmas.
