Are there any other forums regarding Jobseekers allowance. I would like to get it out there that when Jobseekers has been replaced by universal credit, new claimants usually have to apply online. I would also like to discuss the unfairness of couples pretending or having to live apart in order for one of them to be able to claim jobseekers. If you are part of an honest couple, like myself and your partner who lives with you is on a low income and you have no income, not only is it unfair that you get no benefits, but also you miss out on credits towards a pension. dont tell me, I could sign on everyday, costing me bus fair, just to get no money, to help me get credits towards a pension.-not worth it is it.
