Amazon UK Contact Number – Amazon Customer Service
Amazon UK have published their customer service contact phone number which you can now call. Be sure to have your amazon order number, prime number, payment information before calling on hand as you will be asked to verify your details.
I returned an unwanted item to AMAZON on the 13 May for an agreed refund. 15 days later and I still have not received my refund and due to the lockdown there is nobody I can speak to either by phone or electronic chat to chase up. Funny how AMAZON can take your money effortlessly but cannot be bothered with customers when the money is to be returned.
The items I wish to purchase can only be obtained from the US Amazon. The carriage charges are more expensive than the items I wish to purchase. Why can I not order the same items from the UK without the carriage charge?
a waist of time trying to phone i am trying to tell amazon my item didnt arrive but a facility doesnt pop up so how can i send the item back if it was never delivered, it was with an order with 3 items and all three were never delivered i received refunds for two as the courier never even delivered, dont use amazon now as there is no one answering theirb 24 hr service, i have found ebay is cheaper especially for new items and faster and more reliable

I need to change my phone number on My Alexa.
Apparently, I have to do this on my Alexa account by signing into my Amazon account.
However, I cannot find my Alexa account, listed in my Amazon account.
If you could please help me to do this it would be very much appreciated thank you

I will admit that Amazon help was brilliant to get back on line , what has happened. I forgot my password and I spent 3 days trying to get back online with amazon to place an order. To date there is phone number which would cost you the earth. I was trying to order 2 dvds which were a dogs life and a dogs journey which almost worked until I was asked for my password . Now as I say there was always staff online to assist and cost of there phones is not suitable for pensioners.

I tried to contact Amazon customer services to make a complain regarding one of their delivery drivers who was driving erratically around my house in the corner and down the side road too close to my house! The numbers charge a fortune my mobile cannot handle this and I did not want to open an account to e-mail them as I am not a customer. Appalling service thank God I am not a customer, the driver will be reported to the police for bad driving.
can you please tell my why all the charges and prices are coming up in us dollars and not £ sterling

Amazon constantly changing contact numbers to prevent people phoning with complaints. A real scam company now.
