I have had enough trying to contact customer service to put in my complaint I even called the no that I had to pay£1.50 a min spent 10 mins on this phone only to be cut off im so upset costing me money just to get no futher forward
I have made many attempts to enquire about the non delivery of a package. It is listed as “unable to deliver returned to Amazon”. Every so called Help topic leads to a list of books for sale or a dead end. So very frustrating! I have had no result either when finally making telephone contact. I received a SMS message to contact an e-mail address which also did not solve the problem!!! Customer help via the internet much too complicated!

Amazon Prime are nothing more than a bunch of crooks. I only bought one thing from Amazon and somehow I ended up on Amazon Prime although at acost of £7.99 month although I never authorised it. I never ever used Amazon Prime because I did not know what had been done without authorisation. I did mangage to get my money back eventualy. I will never buy anthing from Amazon again. This morning I had a phone call supposedly coming from Amazon ?????? saving that if I did not press button 1 on my phone I would be put back on Amazon Prime Again at a cost of £79. I presume this is a SCAM and I put the phone down. I tried to contact Amazon about this phone call but all their numbers are 090……… at a acost of up to £6. Any body who uses this bunch of CRIMINALS must be out of their mind *********
