I have now had no esa payment for around six weeks. I would like an explanation regarding the company you have doing medicals. The person I saw was a nurse practitioner who commented about my condition that certain things were “inconsistent ” with my condition. This person isn’t not qualified to comment on along term renal condition and she seemingly thinks she knows more than my renal consultant who has been dong his job for around thirty years. I received a text message from the DWP stating they didn’t receive my fit note (I sent it weeks ago). I tried to text back but it doesn’t accept messages. I have been sent from pillar to post to try and receive the right number to call. Not an acceptable service at all. If they are going to text they should at least allow for replies or provide the correct number on the text message.
